Diana R. Sever

Ms. Sever was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania and has lived in the South Jersey area, first in Cherry Hill and now in Moorestown, since 1975. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from the University of Delaware with dual Bachelors of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Foreign Languages and Literature. While at the University of Delaware, Diana also participated in the University Honors Program, served on the Judicial Appellate Court and was a Rhodes Scholar candidate.

In 1994, Ms. Sever graduated in the top 20% of her class from the Villanova University School of Law. While at Villanova, she also served as Editor of Outside Works for the Villanova Sports and entertainment Law Journal. Thereafter, she served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Ronald E. Bookbinder, the current Presiding Chancery Judge in Burlington County.

Diana's areas of practice include complex employment discrimination and civil rights actions, as well as municipal and school board insurance defense. She has represented clients, both institutional and private, in connection with a variety of these matters before federal and state court and administrative agencies.

Ms. Sever is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (inactive status) as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the New Jersey State and Burlington County Bar Associations, She is also active in her community and local Home and School Association.
