Melanie M. Levan
Ms. Levan attended Rutgers University where she was named as a Henry Rutgers Scholar and then went on to graduate from Rutgers School of Law--Newark.
She received both the David H. Solomon Scholarship for Employment Law and Carol Russ Memorial Prize for Commitment to Women's Rights Law. She also served as Editor in Chief of the Womens Rights Law Reporter.
Ms. Levan served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judith A. Yaskin before moving into private practice. Her primary practice area is commercial litigation and commercial real estate, with additional focus on land use/zoning issues, landlord/tenant, and general litigation.
Ms. Levan has completed over 20 hours of mediator training, and is currently completing the requirements to be qualified as a civil mediator under N.J. Court Rule 1:40-12.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Ms. Levan has been a resident of Moorestown, NJ since 1999. She is active in the Moorestown Home & School Association.
