Anthony Valenti, Esq.
Anthony Valenti is a South Jersey native who grew up in Marlton. He is active in the community both as an attorney and as a volunteer. He is a strong advocate for his clients, both litigation and transactional, seeking fair outcomes that focus on their goals and objectives.
Anthony attended Cherokee High School before pursuing his BA in Accounting at LaSalle University, Philadelphia, PA in 1985. With degree in hand, Anthony spent several years in the business world rising to the position of Controller and Director of Contracts for a privately-held government contractor working principally with the Department of Defense and Federal Aviation Administration.
Early on in his working career, Anthony became interested in a legal career, enjoying the intellectual challenges and personal relationships it would allow him to develop. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law in 1991.
For over 20 years, Anthony has served clients. His primary focus is litigation, but he also works with clients on corporate and commercial projects. He brings a wide range of litigation experience, including business, commercial and civil; labor and employment, corporate, contract, municipal court, personal injury and matrimonial law.
He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Anthony joins the firm from Caplan, Valenti & Murray, P.C., where he was a shareholder. Prior to this, Anthony was a shareholder with Cureton Clark, P.C. He began his career as Law Clerk to the honorable Charles R. Previti, NJ Superior Court, Law Division, Atlantic County.
Anthony is active in the New Jersey State and Burlington County Bar Associations.
